2002 - Our 8th Anual Celebration

The annual Cesar Chavez Labor Tribute Banquet celebrates the life and legacy of the founder of the United Farm Workers Union. Cesar Chavez was born on March 31, 1927 and our annual event is held near his birthdate every year.

Sponsored by the HBI Southern California Area Committee, this very popular event honors local rank and file workers from the Los Angeles port area.
