Harry Bridges 100th Celebration Cruise
aboard the S.S. Lane Victory
Held Sunday July 29th, 2001

Co-sponsored by the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach

The cruise took place from San Pedro to Catalina Island (just off shore) featuring an at-sea memorial service for Harry Bridges and  lost seamen, a historical presentation by Dr. William Lee of the Los Angeles Maritime Museum, live 40s era music, on board museum, continental breakfast, catered lunch and an aerial attack by 40s era planes!
